Have you ever thought why am i doing this? if you follow my instructions for and you will not feel that way .even if you know how to do it because you might die a painful death. You will need a helmet and harness
first, you need to put on the helmet and your harness then you need to let the person put on the rope with a very strong not then you need to make sure everyone is ready.
Next you need to start claiming and soon as your at the top you need you to climb on the wood that is the shape of a square if you can you can sit on it and if you are ready to go of just tall the staff member you need to shaft of the end if you are to scared the member will pull you of it then you will of just hang there as the member lowers you down .
